July 2025 Vault Report

HOPE – IMPACT – LEGACY
“Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.” – Steve Jobs
At 7kX in May, we dropped First Pitch, a baseball-themed coin designed by none other than Miles Standish.
Standish was one of the most influential figures in numismatics, building his career around minting and grading. But when he took a swing at coin design with this baseball-themed concept, no producer would pick it up. Standish refused to give up on design and later partnered with 7k and CIT to produce many wildly successful collections. Two years after his death, 7k is proud to produce his original baseball design, the idea that could (and maybe should) have started his work as designer.
The first-day issue of the coin, with a mintage of 200, was released at convention, and you’ll have an opportunity to buy this design in a future drop. But we wanted to share the coin with you now for a few reasons. First, this drop concludes our run of Standish designs. It was a delight to produce brilliant coins with one of the greats in numismatics, and we appreciate our continued relationship with his wife, Andy. 7k Metals has long supported Andy’s Standish Foundation for Children, an organization dedicated to improving children’s experience when receiving medical care. In fact, in 2024, the foundation reached its goal of one million children served. It was our pleasure to play a part in that feat.
Second, innovation is central to everything 7k does, as this high-relief, highly storied coin demonstrates.. That’s why we are constantly evolving as a company, from more fully promoting soundmoney and fractional precious metals to providing the My Mint system for you to design your own coins. We’ve also revamped Wealth Strategies, and we’re talking all the details in this issue.
There’s a lot of joy to be had from constant improvement, and we hope with our help, you are also growing—personally and otherwise. We love watching from the sidelines at the amazing things you do!

Collectibles We Love
Archeology & Symbolism – Vairochana Buddha 1-oz silver
The great Vairochana Buddha sits at the center of this beautiful coin as the Embodiment of Light, or the Supreme Buddha. As the rest of the Five Buddhas surround him, he is ready to lead those who wish to receive enlightenment. He knows all, sees all, is all. The Archeology & Symbolism collection would be incomplete without him and his brother Buddhas representing an ancient religion of Mahayana Buddhists, who worship and rely on his vast knowledge. May he always lead you to wisdom!
Archeology & Symbolism – Tutankhamun's Tomb 3-oz silver
The 100th anniversary of the discovery of King Tut's tomb is celebrated with this stunning release in the Archeology & Symbolism collection: a 3-oz silver coin with a partial gild and antique finish decorated by Tutankhamun's sarcophagus, as it was found in 1922. Howard Carter discovered Tut in Egypt's Valley of Kings, but by the time he got to it, his tomb had been raided twice already!
Star Wars – Return of the Jedi 40th Anniversary 3-oz silver
Has it been 40 years already? We could have sworn Return of the Jedi hit theaters just yesterday! The last episode of the original Star Wars series took its fans for a roller coaster of emotions, from Han Solo’s triumphant rescue to a nail-biting lightsaber battle between father and son, Vader and Luke. If you were first in line to see the movie 40 years ago, this coin is how you preserve that memory in silver.
Yin & Yang 1-oz silver
Light and dark. Warm and cool. Energy and calm. Alpha and beta. Sir Isaac Newton said it best: For everything, there is an opposite and equal reaction. The Chinese knew it too, and they celebrated complementary forces, calling it yin and yang. And what about you? How do you find the sweet spot between your strengths and weaknesses? Because life is all about finding balance.
Haiyantang Zodiac Foundation – Tiger 2-oz silver
In Beijing, China, the decrepit Haiyan Hall fountain stands abandoned. Once adorned by 12 glorious statues of the Zodiac animals, war tragically destroyed its former beauty. You’re one of only 500 lucky owners of a 3-oz silver coin representing the fountain’s Tiger Zodiac, here holding a real blue-agate insert like a crystal ball offering a peek into the past.
Lost Civilizations – Mayans 2-oz silver
The Lost Civilizations collection again recognizes a people whose contributions to our world are remembered long after their empire’s collapse. From the remnants of their society, we believe ancient Mayans were fearsome warriors with a propensity for bloodshed, as shown by the impressive Mayan fighter on this coin. However, these people were also responsible for amazing feats of architecture, mathematics, farming, art, and calendars!
Solar System – Venus 1-oz silver
Goodness gracious, great ball of fire! Venus is giving you her best smolder on this 17-gram coin. As our solar system’s local hottie, Venus’s surface would feel like a lake of fire to us, but she seems to like the warm weather. Blazing between gold-gilded stars on this coin, Venus is the prettiest thing we ever did see and will stand out in any collection.
Growing Up – Brown Bear 2-oz silver
Say hello to the world’s most popular bear: the brown bear! The adorable cub on the obverse of this Growing Up coin might look cute and cuddly, but you wouldn’t want to tussle with the guy on the reverse. Standing up straight, he’ll reach an average height of six or seven feet tall, and with paws that size, he could easily palm your face. Luckily, it’s just the black proof on this coin that makes him look hyper-realistic.
Iron Maiden – The Book of Souls 2-oz silver
Sixty years. Can you imagine being at the top of your game for 60 years?! It’s a feat not often accomplished, but heavy-metal band Iron Maiden has had the staying power to do it. This 2-oz silver coin, depicting band mascot Eddie the Head, celebrates The Book of Souls and is a perfect representation of the group—raw, edgy, and unsettling with careful attention to detail.
