Getting Started: A new program for new members

With all that 7k offers, new membership can sometimes feel like drinking from a firehose. 

To better manage that flow of information, we developed a new onboarding approach called Getting Started. This seven-step task list is designed to help our newest members navigate our system. It’s their first chance to hear from our founders and to begin unwrapping all 7k offers. When completed, a new 7k member will be well on their way to 7k success! 

Here's how it works: Every new member is introduced via automated emails to the Getting Started system, which will show up in the back office on the right side of the screen. When they click on this menu, seven simple steps will show up in the form of a checklist. Through email prompts, a new member will be guided through the seven steps over the seven days. Within a week, a new member will have a full picture of what the company provides, from coin collecting to building their own 7k business, if desired. 

Here's what the seven steps look like: 

Step #1: Get news and updates

It’s easy to stay in the loop about what’s going on with 7k, and this is how you can! Stay on top of discounts, fresh coins, and details about your new membership. Sign up for texts, and we’ll deliver only the most important updates on fresh coins, discounts, and membership benefits. 

Step #2: Instant GoldPay

Here at 7k, gift giving is one of our love languages. So it’s day three of your 7k journey, and the task for today is one of our favorites: setting up your Instant GoldPay account. 

Instant GoldPay is our gift to you. It’s our acquisition program that pays you instantly—yes, instantly!—in gold the moment your new customer referral finalizes their purchase. Set up your account and start watching the shiny stuff stack up.

Step #3: How to start stacking

Hooray! You’ve made it to day four, which means you’re halfway done with our Getting Started program.

Step #6: Learn & earn

Education is one of 7k’s greatest values, and we love working with smarty pants like you! Keep adding to your acumen by completing our certification training, a fancy name for a few videos where you’ll get coin-collecting historical context and how-to info on maximizing your 7k experience. Your task for today? Complete your buyer’s and collector’s training. 

Step #7: Congrats! What’s next?
