Faberge Eggs Coin Collection
The Peter Carl Faberge coin collection was started in 2020 to mark the 100th anniversary of the passing of famed artist Peter Carl Faberge. He was a Russian jeweler who made pieces for royalty and the ultra wealthy. He's most famous for his Faberge Eggs, gorgeous works of art styled after Easter eggs.

This is not a bad egg! Jokes aside, this fabulous coin is the second in a series honoring the world-famous Faberge eggs created by Peter Carl Faberge on the 100th anniversary of his death. The original Rose Trellis Egg was created as a gift from Tsar Nicholas II to his wife to commemorate the birth of their son. Inside was hidden a diamond necklace and an ivory miniature portrait of the tsarevich herself, framed in diamonds.
