Food allergies

If you will be eating with us, please use this link to provide your name along with any dietary allergies or restrictions by April 11. Kindly note that some meal requests may incur an additional cost; if this is the case, the events team will reach out to you. Additionally, at our buffet lunches, we make an effort to offer gluten- and dairy-free options. Please be sure to check the labels for each item at the buffet.

All things transportation

The Convention Center is only minutes from the Orlando International Airport and within easy walking and driving distance of world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

There are more than 23,000 on-site and off-site parking spaces within the district and nearly 10,000 hotel rooms within walking distance of the convention center. The connecting hotels are just steps away with adjoining pedestrian bridges to get you from your hotel to your event. The OCCC does not control or schedule the availability of Pedicabs on property. Pedicab operators are independent and primarily work events with heavy pedestrian’s foot traffic. In addition to the four cited taxi operators, OCCC has vetted 30 independently owned taxi companies to service the OCCC.

Handicap-accessible and group rides:

Do you know you a need handicap-accessible ride? Book a ride from the airport to your hotel or to the convention center here.

If you are traveling with a group, book group transportation by emailing esales@mears.com or calling 407-839-1570.

Rideshare locations
Rideshare locations

Rideshare locations:

The convention center has integrated the unique demands of rideshare services, such as Lyft and Uber, into the transportation planning needs of events. As such, the OCCC has coordinated with service providers to establish drop-off and pick-up points for rideshare services and set geofences around the campus for attendees. Upon requesting a ride through Lyft or Uber, attendees will be directed to meet their driver at one of the three pick-up points based on where they are located on the campus and in accordance with the map above. Each location is highly visible and indicated with banners and signage. 7kX is taking place in the blue area. To have rideshare pick you up, all you need to do is go down the escalators to the bottom floor and right outside the glass doors.

Child Rates

12 and under: Free (not including meals)
13 and older: Adult pricing applies
Note to parents: We have no doubt your kids are going to be little entrepreneurs someday! That said, it might be best to bring home the info we’re teaching at convention instead of bringing kids to it—sitting through adult meetings can be rough on littles. But of course, we strongly encourage bringing them to Orlando with you! There’s so much family fun within a short drive of the venue.

Handicap Aids

Handicap-accessible lines will be provided for every session to accommodate those using a wheelchair, scooter, or walker.

PSA

We don’t allow seat saving, even during break-out sessions. 7kX is a great opportunity to make a new friend. We’re all family at 7k; you just haven’t met some of us yet.

And friends, that’s it—your essential guide to all things 7kX 2025. We can’t wait to rub shoulders with you in May.
