This annual report is our chance to provide you, our 7k family, with a record of the most noteworthy events and accomplishments from the previous year. The good news? Our company is thriving—and we thank you for making that happen.
Part I
Changes to comp plan streamline the 7k system
In May, 7k enhanced and simplified its comp plan.
The big goals? To enrich the 7k experience, reward new customers and associates more quickly, and boost team productivity in building long-term, sustainable businesses. To make those things happen, 7k launched its innovative Instant GoldPay system that instantly puts gold into members’ soundmoney accounts when they refer a new customer.
Another big shift was moving to monthly qualification and weekly pay with team group activity that looks at the past four-week rolling period of group-team activity to determine the number of cycles members qualify for. This change helped many business builders achieve wins more quickly and consistently. Rank qualifications evolved too.
Now more than half a year into the new comp plan, the results speak for themselves. These changes were made in line with 7k’s mission to be a true legacy company.
“There is always an adjustment period after any enhancements like these are made, but the last two months of growth and overall excitement in the company are proof positive that we are moving in the right direction,” chief sales and marketing officer Blake Davis said.

One of the most exciting accomplishments in 2024 was the ultra-successful completion of the American Life series. 7k Metals worked with Miles Standish to create this custom collection, and our members couldn’t get enough.
The JFK series ended up being the favorite by far, with the JFK 5 ouncer being the most-sought-after coin of the year. We look forward to seeing how these coins become iconic staples in your collections long into the future.
